Aid Available

A limited amount of financial assistance is available for the Chroma International Music Festival. Scholarships are awarded to those in need based on income and financial circumstances.

Program Eligibility

Note: Financial aid is available for the Young Artist Piano Program and Composition Institute only. Financial assistance is not available for the Amateur Piano Program.

How to Apply for Financial Aid:

  1. Complete the program application first (Piano Institute or Composition Institute)
  2. Use the contact form below to reach out about financial aid
  3. Include information about your financial circumstances
  4. Be prepared to provide financial documentation if requested

Required Documentation

If you are considered for financial aid, you may be asked to provide financial documentation such as:

  • Your or your family's most recent federal income tax return (Form 1040)
  • Other relevant financial documents demonstrating need

Important: Please redact (black out) any Social Security numbers and bank account numbers before uploading any financial documents.

  • Financial aid is limited and awarded on a case-by-case basis
  • Aid decisions are based solely on demonstrated financial need
  • Early application is encouraged as funds are limited
  • Financial aid awards will be communicated directly to approved applicants
